Our in-person 2021 summer camp classes were successful and fully attended. We're appreciative for the collaborative opportunity with Kid City USA. Our Halloween classes were sold out and now we're gearing up for the Christmas classes!
We're excited to announce our Table for Six Events - which has been a vision of mine for some time now and it came to fruition a few weeks ago and the feedback from our guests was amazing! As the name suggests - we only offer SIX seats at the Table and each event will be held a few months apart and inspired by the season. All ingredients are locally sourced via numerous farmer's markets and artisan culinary vendors. Our last event will be on November 20, 2021 until next year's Table For Six Event. COVID-19 - What can we say, we are all still working through the current situation and hope that all will work out in the positive of ways. Just keep washing your hands, follow all safety protocols and continually boost your immune system with healthy meals. We truly enjoyed welcoming back all our aspiring chefs and to having them physically present chopping, reading their recipes, asking questions and exploring new foods was a great feeling. We're still on the look out for another team member to assist with any future virtual classes and all things technology!
We want to let parents know that we are continually proactive in maintaining a limited amount of students and ensuring parents that we continue to abide by all COVID safety protocols set in place. Masks, sanitizing, proper distancing all while creating a fun and educational experience going forward.
Now to reflect and recap on our amazing past classes: We successfully launched our Spring eight week culinary workshops which was a great start here in Florida! We had numerous sold out events of our FUNday SUNday Culinary Exploration Series and classes as well as another sold out Family FUNday SUNday event at Huckleberry Farms. The students cooked with ingredients from the farm, met the resident farm animals and the families took a tour of the beautiful farm grounds. We dedicated a month to our Private Sunday Series wherein families welcomed us into their homes to cook and explore. I traveled back to NYC for a charity event, a former client hosted a private culinary workshop for me to lead and whom I'm so grateful for and for allowing me the opportunity to do what I love in such a limited amount of time and in a NY minute, I was back in Florida! During the winter months, we hosted another four private FUNday SUNday workshops and welcomed the holidays quite deliciously. We hope to offer those events and others in 2022, as I cannot express our sadness of not being able to offer what we had in the works. I feel we lost a lot to COVID but on a positive note, it did provide us the time to get some other projects started and on my many To Do Lists. Our Moonwellness Sisterhood Circle Gathering and Vision Board Journey Workshops sadly took a seat all the way in the back due to COVID but I'm certain we'll gather sooner than later.

Our classes will teach your child a delicious variety of culinary explorations, techniques, and preparation. They will learn kitchen/food safety, knife techniques, recipes to stimulate their five sense and broaden their palate, culinary terminology, plating techniques and so much more!

Had a ton of fun at the Farm today! My son cracked an egg for scrambled eggs like a Pro. He and I both shook until we could not shake anymore and made butter! We planted some Basil and then we got a tour of the Farm. We saw cows, a bull, farm cats and fed goats, pet rabbits and learned about a rescued horse. Thank you and your team for this Farm class and for making it possible for the children Chef Maria!
